Exchange & Returns

What is your exchange policy?


We allow exchanges within 24 hours of delivery if the product is in its original condition. You can exchange an item for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size or color
  • Manufacturing defect

What is the process for exchanging an item?


After contacting us with your order details, you will need to return the item to our warehouse. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange and get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Do I have to pay for shipping when exchanging a product?


Yes, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the exchange.

 

Can I exchange my item for a different product?


No, exchanges are only available for the same article. We cannot exchange an item for a different product.

 

What if the color of the item I receive is slightly different from the picture?


While we try to match the colors in our product images as closely as possible, please note that color variations may occur due to lighting or fabric dye. We appreciate your understanding.

 

Shipping & Handling

What are your local delivery charges?


For local deliveries, we partner with MNP and Daewoo Cargo.

  • Delivery charges are PKR 450 per kg.
  • For every additional kg, the charge is PKR 200 per kg.

 

Do you offer international shipping?


Yes, we offer international delivery through DHL, SkyNet, or UPS, depending on your location.

  • The cost is USD 35 per kg and USD 10 per additional kg.

 

Who is responsible for shipping costs?


All shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer, both for local and international orders.

 

Delivery Timeframe

 

How long does delivery take?

 

  • Local Standard Delivery: 13-15 working days (excluding weekends).
  • International Delivery: 15-20 working days.

 

Can I request urgent delivery?


Yes, we accept urgent orders based on availability. Please specify your required delivery date when placing the order. Note that urgent orders require full payment in advance.
